John Stuart once said, “No one size fits all, to build an audience”. I believe the same rings true for counselling approaches; there is no “one-size-fits-all” technique to suit everyone’s needs. People are complex, diverse, and unique; each with their own needs and requirements.
Thus, my approach is based on a diverse eclectic view, with my primary focus drawing from the Positive Psychology perspective, whilst integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focus Brief Therapy (SFBT). As each person is unique and requires counselling to be tailored to their requirements, I take pride in my ability to adapt my techniques and tap into the best-suited skills and approaches to fit the client’s requirements.
Regardless of the issue, each client will receive my undivided attention, utmost respect, empathy, confidentiality, warmth, and support throughout each session.
My scope allows me to practice counselling within the following diameters:
- Individual Counselling
- Relationships counselling
- Marriage Counselling
- Group Workshops
- Wellness Counselling for health enhancement
- Christian counselling
- Trauma debriefing /victim empowerment counselling
